Free Add Drop Period: During this period students are able to add and drop courses in MyLETU without permission from the instructor. This period is usually three weeks at the beginning of the semester.
Drop With W Period: Courses dropped during this period will receive a W (Withdrawn) on their transcript for this course. W’s do not count against the GPA of the student, but are not able to be removed if you retake the course.
Drop with WF Period: Courses dropped during this period will receive a WF (Withdrawn Failed) on their transcript for this course. WF’s do not count against the GPA of the student, but are not able to be removed if you retake the course.

Students must choose their payment plan during the first two weeks of class. If you do not choose a payment plan the 100% plan will be automatically selected for you.
There are three payment options:
- One payment 100% of the academic year tuition
- Two payments of 50% each
- Four payments of 25% each
If a payment due date is missed a $25 late fee will be added to your account and a hold will be placed on your account. Students
